Anabaptist International Ministries is a mission that operates a church, school, and literature ministry in Poland. Yoder Financial Services worked with the board and field staff to convert their US and Poland books into one QuickBooks file with multi-currency functionality and the ability to easily see reports based on individual activities of the mission. Yoder Financial Services also handles all of the everyday bookkeeping functions for AIM, from depositing donations received at their US office and paying bills to generating reports for their field staff and Board of Directors and assisting with budgeting.

For several years, Golden Rule Property Management operated as a sole proprietorship, with residential rental properties being purchased and deeded in the name of the owner. As the company grew, liability protection began to be needed. Yoder Financial Services handled all the necessary filings to form a partnership LLC as required by their state. YFS also set up their payroll tax accounts and continues to handle all payroll and payroll tax functions, in addition to tracking monthly depreciation for the array of residential rental units owned by the business.
